Description
These specifications cover the production of single sheet forms and books/pamphlets requiring such operations as copy pick-up, reproducibles, imaging in black and full color, binding, packing, and delivery. The term of this contract is for 1 year (base year period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013) and 4 option year periods (July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014; July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015; July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016; and July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017). Anticipate 1,006 orders, up to 50 items per order (usually 2 to 10 items per order), approximately 3,832 items. Approximately 2 to 2,000 pages per order. It is anticipated that the quantities will be between 1 and 3,000 copies. FORMAT "A": Trim sizes up to and including 8-1/2 x 11" or 11 x 8-1/2". FORMAT "B": Trim sizes over Format "A", up to and including 11 x 17" or 17 x 11". FORMAT "C": Trim sizes over Format "B", up to and including 14 x 22-1/2" or 22-1/2 x 14". FORMAT "D": Trim sizes over Format "C", up to and including 30 x 36" or 36 x 30". Schedule is same day, up to 20 work days.
