T--Cartographic Operations and Photogrammatry Support A-76 Streamlined Competition

In accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announces an A-76 streamlined competition to provide cartographic operations and aerial photography archive support at the BLM National Science and Technology Center, Denver Federal Center, Denver, CO. Currently, these services are provided by Government employees, augmented with contractor support from Northrop Grumman. Approximately 10.675 Government full time equivalents (FTEs) and one contractor position are included in the study. The Bureau of Land Management has received approval for a time extension of 45 days for the streamlined competition process in order to conduct a most efficient organization. The projected end date for the competition is September 30, 2004. The competition will be conducted using documented market research in accordance with the Circular and no solicitation will be issued.
