The ERDC intends to issue a firm fixed price contract to Springer Science + Business Media, LLC, 233 Spring Street, New York, NY 10013-1522, on a sole source basis. Springer Science + Business Media, LLC is the only company capable of fulfilling this requirement. Springer Science + Business Media, LLC is the sole publisher and licensor of the required titles. The award will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) and 41 U.S.C. 1901. The NAICS code for this requirement is 519130 with a size standard of 500 employees. A solicitation will not be issued; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The contractor must also provide a description of their past experience in fulfilling requirements which are the same or similar to this requirement and references for each.
