R -- Peace Corps On-Line Research Requirement

Peace Corps Office of Planning, Budget, & Finance - Contracts (PC OPBF/C) invites providers of commercial on-line searchable reference tools to formally express their interest in providing a cost-effective application by submitting a proposal for the following (discount for volume): legal/news/legislative research services for up to seven full-time and three part-time professional employees, and two full-time administrative employees in the Office of General Counsel (on-line research service usage among these users is expected to be regular, with several to many searches per sitting); legal/news/legislative research services for up to three full-time professional employees in the Office of the Inspector General (on-line research service usage among these users is expected to be very infrequent, with a few searches per sitting); legal/news/legislative research services for up to two full-time professional employees combined in the Offices of Communications and Press Relations (on-line research service usage among these users is expected to be regular, with several to many searches per sitting); legal/news/legislative research services for up to two full-time professional employees in the Office of Congressional Affairs (on-line research service usage among these users is expected to be very infrequent, with few searches per sitting); legal/news/legislative research services for one full-time professional employee in the Office of Management/Freedom of Information Act Coordinator (on-line research service usage among these users is expected to be regular, with several to many searches per sitting); and news/legislative research services for one full-time professional employee in the Information Collection & Exchange Unit of the Center for Field Assistance & Applied Research (on-line research service usage among this user is expected to be very infrequent, with only few searches per sitting).
