Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source: The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection has a need to award sole source to Congressional Quarterly Inc, 1414 22nd St. NW Washington, DC a simplified acquisition to renew on line data services. The award is a renewal to an existing requirement at the Customs and Border Protection. This award will be processed under the authority of 10 USCS 23 (1) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirements of the government, due to proprietary rights to data. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals, however prospective contractors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific detailed technical documentation to support such claims and abilities. No award will be made on the basis of any proposals or other information received in response to this notice as this is a notification of intent to acquire and not a request for proposals
