The proposed effort is for repair and life cycle sustainment of Government Property - Trivec-Avant Model AV 2055-3 Improved Lightweight Satellite Antennas (ILSA)) under a four-year firm fixed price contract IAW FAR Part 12. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation for offers. The authority cited for this procurement is 10 USC 2304C(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
