NA This special notice is for Prospective Offerors, who would like to provide comments or questions to draft solicitation DAMT01-03-R-0023, the Regional Domestic Contract-03 (RDC-03) for transportation. The Military Traffic Management Command’s Global Intermodal Acquisition Division has drafted solicitation DAMT01-03-R-0023 for transportation services between CONUS ports and points to Alaska and Puerto Pico. After reaching the site, click on the Business Center Tab, go to Solicitations and click on RDC-03, to access all information pertaining to this requirement. Please refer to the Guideline for Submitting Information prior to submitting comments. Guidelines for Submitting Information: In order to facilitate an efficient method for reviewing comments generated from posted documents the guidelines listed below mus t be followed: A. Provide your name, email address and company information. B. Clearly identify the issue in question. C. Provide a reference to where the issue can be found. If referenced on more than one page or in more than one document, please i dentify all, for example document entitled, Draft RFP page 1, paragraph 3. D. Indicate whether the submission is for clarification or to submit a different approach. E. Provide a logical approach or an alternative solution to the issue in question. If it is a question of clarification, clearly state why you think the issue is not clear. Provide your solution. F. Data must be submitted by 24 January 2003. G. All comments/ recommendations that are used will be incorporated into the final solicitation document. H.
