99 -- Siemens HiCom Console Maintenance

This is a notice of intent to sole source award the console maintenance contract to Siemens HiCom. The Siemens HiCom maintenance contract is absolutely essential to ensure continuous operation and maintenance coverage for the Eielson Command Post Siemens HiCom Communications System. Maintenance Coverage: The maintenance contract will cover all on-site maintenance support and provide emergency services exactly as the initial period (12 months) of warranty service. The maintenance contract will completely cover all seven communications consoles, the digital switching system, all integrated telephone and radio communications equipment and interfaces, and all peripheral phones connected both inside and outside of the command post.
