NA The Military Traffic Management Command is conducting a Pre-Solicitation Conference for International Ocean Cargo Transportation services for the Department of Defense. The Pre-Solicitation Conference is scheduled for 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on July 24, 2002. The conference will be held at the following address: Fort Belvoir Officer’s Club, Belvoir Conference Room, Bldg. 20, 5500 Schultz Circle, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060. In order to obtain access on Fort Belvoir, attendees must have a driver's license, military or HQDA civilian identification. Go to the guard building (Visitors Center) inside the main gate (Pence Gate) off Richmond Highway (Route 1), and they will furni sh you a temporary pass for your automobile for the time you will be attending the conference. Directions are as follows to the main entrance: From Washington DC (1-95 South), If you are traveling south on 1-95, take the Fairfax Parkway/Backlick Road (710 0) exit 166 A. Take the Fairfax County Parkway to its end at Richmond Highway. Turn left. At the first light, on the right, is the Tulley Gate entry to Fort Belvoir. At the second light, on the right, is the Pence Gate, or the main entrance to Fort Belvoir .The Visitor Center is at the main entrance. From Richmond (1-95 North) If you are traveling north on 1-95 North, take the Fort Belvoir Exit 161 B. (Richmond Highway). You will travel five miles to Fort Belvoir. On the right side you will see Pence Gate, o r the main entrance to Fort Belvoir, turn right. Once on post, from the Visitors Center to the Officer's Club from Belvoir Road (Pence Gate entry road), turn left onto 21st Street turn right onto Belvoir Drive and turn left onto Woodlawn Drive.
