Sources Sought for Seventeen (17) drums of specially formulated Jet-A aviation fuels

The contractor shall provide Seventeen (17) drums of specially formulated Jet-A aviation fuels to Vehicle Technology Directorate (VTD) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground MD. The contractor shall ensure drums contain the following three additives for military applications: corrosion inhibitor/lubricity improver, static dissipator additive, and fuel system icing inhibitor with the following requirements. Provide the fuel property analysis with certification and High Frequency Reciprocating Rig (HFRR) lubricity analysis. Make sure each drum fuel property is consistent for each cetane number and aromatics content. Required fuel property is shown in the table below.
