The EPA is seeking qualified contractors for a requirement for equipment management and warehouse services associated with government-owned equipment used in emergency and counter terrorism responses, including one response vehicle, one truck mounted Geoprobe and its associated box-van trailer, and operation of agency-provided warehouse space(s). The contractor will be required to supply all labor, equipment, materials and services necessary to - 1) provide, operate and maintain secure warehouse facilities, 2) perform those routine tasks normally associated with inventory control management (including providing electronic data deliverables), 3) perform those routine tasks normally associated with equipment inventory/maintenance management (including hazardous materials management), and 4) incidental transportation. The proposed contract will be for a base period and four (4) one-year options. Currently, it is anticipated that two warehouse facilities will be required, one within a 1-mile radius of 75 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, CA, and one in or around the Los Angeles Metropolitan area (within a 10-mile radius).
