The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirements for Custodial services for various buildings at Peterson AFB, Co. The procurement is a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract for a base period and four option periods. Services shall be provided as specified in the contract.
