Z -- Roof Replacement Project for Federal Building and US Courthouse in Euguene, OR

Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to reroof the Eugene Federal Office Building and U.S. Courthouse. Work shall include, (but not limited to) removal of existing roof systems and flashings; re-detailing HVAC penetration flashings and curbs; new insulation assemblies; new SBS modified bitumen roof system; new sheet metal flashings; new fall restraint system for all roofs; and new overflow drains.The estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 235610. Small Business Size standard is $11.5 million.
