X -- GSA is interested in soliciting information from interested parties for a lease acquisition of approximately 5,600 square feet of office space in downtown Norwood, MA

The Government is interested in obtaining information on potential sites for a new Social Security District office in Norwood located within the following boundaries. The Northern boundary is Prospect Street to the intersection of Washington Street (Rt 1A). The Southern boundary is Winter Street between Prospect Street and Washington Street. The Western boundary is Prospect Street from Winter Street to the intersection of Prosepect Street and Washington Street. The Eastern boundary is Washington Street from Winter Street to the intersection of Washington Street and Prospect Street. The requirement is for approximately 5,600 square feet of office space with at least 1 reserved parking space in addition to customer parking for a ten year term cancelable on 120 days notice. The space must be available for occupancy by October 1, 2002.
