NATO Headquarters: Invitation to a Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference for the Systems Integration ICB 2011/28

NATO Headquarters intends to initiate International Competitive Bidding (ICB) for the integration and automation of information systems within the Headquarters' Information Communications & Technology Management (ICTM) Department. The purpose of this announcement is to inform potential bidders of the process to be followed if they wish to bid. Companies based in non-NATO member nations may NOT bid on this procurement. A pre-solicitation conference related to this ICB will be held in NATO HQ on 15 September 2011 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Companies interested in bidding for this ICB must send a representative to this conference. The ICB will not be issued to companies that do not send a representative to the conference. During the pre-solicitation conference, NATO will provide a summary explanation of the ICB and its procurement approach. Bids received from companies not registered for the pre-solicitation conference will be rejected. The tender documentation will be issued to interested company representatives at the end of the conference on a CD-ROM. However, as the documentation will be classified as NATO RESTRICTED, it will only be issued to companies in exchange for a completed Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by the senior company representative. Participation in the pre-solicitation conference requires interested companies to complete a registration form. The completed documents must be sent to the point of contact indicated in the registration documentation no later than 6:00 pm (Brussels Time) 06 September 2011. Late responses will be rejected and their representatives will be refused access to the conference.
