Community Care and Social Services Systems Strengthening for HIV-Affected Populations in the United Republic of Tanzania The USAID/Tanzania Health Technical Office is considering an overarching program to help deal with community care and social service systems strengthening for HIV-affected populations in this country and financed through the PEPFAR. This SPECIAL NOTICE contains a preliminary draft Scope of Work that is presented here for the first time so that potential partners may consider making comment prior to release of the solicitation later in FY2013. USAID/Tanzania is accepting comments, questions and ideas for improving the courses of action laid out in this draft. All comments will be taken under consideration prior to release of the solicitation. Comments are not restricted to technical subject matter, but may include management, operational and implementation ideas also.
