Description
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to issue a sole source modification to contract 70RDAD21C00000011 to the International Organization of Migration (IOM). The purpose of this modification is to add two additional option periods to continue the reunification process for separated children and parents that resulted from Zero-Tolerance Policy. IOM is a DOS-designated resettlement agent and the only intergovernmental organization that provides the unique services required to support this contract throughout several countries and continents. The modification will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) and as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This pre-solicitation synopsis is for information purposes only and should not be considered a request for capability statements, quotes, or proposals. However, per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), "All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
