--Notice of Intent to Award the Purchase of Maintenance Support Services for the DoD Patent Application Review (DPAR) Program

The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Army Contracting Agency, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Enterprise Engineering, Inc (EEI), located at 7830 Backlick Rd, Suite 200, Springfield, VA 22150-2205. The objective is to provide continued maintenance on the DoD Patent Application Review System that will assist the DTSA Program Manager with ongoing program support efforts allowing DoD the ability to review Patent Applications for National Security Issues. This announcement is in a ccordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability statements by 18 September 2006.
