The purpose of this special notice is to provide notice the Government intends to award a single source requirement to NV Energy for utility services at VBA Reno Regional Office, located in Reno, NV. NV Energy is regulated by the Public Utility Commission and the only source to obtain electrical and natural gas utilities.
