99 -- SBA Withdrawal of Proposed Rule to Restructure Small Business Size Standards

SBA has withdrawn its March 19, 2004, proposed rule to restructure small business size standards. SBA intends to issue an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to obtain more data before deciding what further actions to take to restructure small business size standards.
