The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for toll services for Official Government Vehicles on the Miami area toll roads for the period of 10/1/15-9/30/16. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Sunpass-Florida Department of Transportation, as they are the only source authorized to supply monthly toll service for use of the toll roads in the Miami area.
