F--NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source award in accordance with the Authority at FAR 6.302-1(a) (2), when the supplies or service required by the Agency are available from only one responsible source, from only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Department of Interior/National Park Service, Mount Rainier National Park has a requirement to pay for wastewater treatment fees. The Washington State Department of Ecology levys fees for issuing discharge permits of wastewater facilities into the waterways within the State of Washington. The government intends to make award this sole source requirement to the State of Washington Department of Ecology. The Government intends to award under the Application of 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), Application, When there is a reasonable basis to conclude that the agencys minimum needs can only be satisfied by-unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. The price of this firm fixed-price purchase order is $4392.00 This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All interested sources that are able to provide this requirement must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide timely and effective services within three (3) days of this publication. Responses must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, county, CAGE Code, DUNS number, NAICS code, applicable business size, and Tax ID number. If no responses are received, DOI/NPS/Mount Rainier National Park will proceed with the sole source award as prescribed above.
