Replace Gauges found to be older than 5 years. Throughout the VA Illiana Healthcare Systems buildings at 1900 East Main Street, Danville, Il 61832 Services to be provided: 1. Preform 20-year testing of sprinklers. a. Test sprinklers in bldg. s 1. 35(4) 2. 39(4) 3. 49(4) 4. 58(5 per floor x 6(30)) 5. 98(5 per floor x 3(15)) 6. 101(10) 7. 102(10) 8. 104(10) 9. 125(4) b. Sprinklers will be a combination of pendent and upright heads, from hallways, offices, and mechanical rooms. c. Must test antifreeze heads where applicable. 2. Replace sprinkler 895 heads throughout bldg.103 Except 103-7 that failed 20-year test. a. Heads need to be the same or equivalent sprinkler heads. 3. Replace Gauges found during inspection that were over 5 years old per NFPA 25. a. Need ample time each day to fill and bleed air out of system before end of shift(3:30pm). 6. Must clean area after work has been completed or at end of day. SITE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS 1. All personnel working on this project will be required to sign in daily at Police Service located inside the front entrance of Building 102 and obtain a visitor pass to be conspicuously worn while on the installation, vendor shall have temperature taken at entrance to building 102 daily and anyone having a temperature of 100.4 or greater will be instructed to leave and receive clean health report before returning to facility. All vendor personnel will wear a N95 mask if in CLC areas or cloth mask while on site in buildings. 2. All personnel working on VA property are required to complete VA Privacy Training and comply with VA Handbook 6500.6, Appendix C, Sections 1,6,7,9a(3} and 9b. Contactor POC's listed below for assistance. 3. All onsite personnel on VA projects are required at a minimum to be in possession of a Ten (10} hour OSHA card. Copies to be provided to the COR prior to work commencing. Time period 1. Work shall be scheduled for a Monday-Friday schedule 7:00-3:30 time frame but if different times are needed this can be discussed and mutually agreed upon. Work will be scheduled in such as manner as to allow as little disruption to services in the campus building affected (102). 2.
