R--US Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, intends to solicit on a sole source basis for 2013 Law Enforcement Services at various Lakes

The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b) (1) (i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Interested companies shall respond to this notice by providing the following information: 1. Company Name, 2.Address, 3. Point of Contact information with telephone number and email address, 4. Cage Code, and 5. Capabilities information/statement showing that the company has the ability to fulfill the Government requirement as described herein. The Government requirement is for increased law enforcement services at the following locations: Bell County Comal County City of Temple Hill County Bosque County City of Waco Comanche County Angelina County Sabine County Jasper County Marion County Cass County Denton County Town of Hickory Creek Town of Flower Mound Ellis County Collin County City of Wylie Once the solicitation is released, to be eligible to receive a Government contract award, a firm must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). NO fax or traditional mail submissions shall be accepted. This is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
