Josephine County Law Enforcement, Medford District, Oregon The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed price commercial items services contract for law enforcement services, located in Josephine County, Oregon, within the vicinity of the Medford district area of responsibility as a sole source to the County of Josephine as the only responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 6.302-1. The Josephine County Sheriff¿s Office is the only responsible source with jurisdiction to enforce the civil and criminal laws of the State of Oregon and Josephine County on the public lands, waters, roads and trails administered by the BLM. The performance period is from November 1, 2018 through October 31, 2023. The NAICS code is 922120.
