The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, intends to award a sole source contract for Law Enforcement Services for Rivers Project Office to the County of Saint Charles, CAGE: 1T5B4 / UEI: F4FZVKGQMS38, under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 -- Only OneResponsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The local law enforcement, Saint Charles County Police Department, is the only source for law enforcement services. The applicable NAICS code for thisrequirement is 922120 - Law Enforcement. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
