The next general meeting of the Stennis Business Consortium (SBC) is scheduled forTuesday, September 27 at 1:00pm in Building 1200, StenniSphere auditorium at the StennisSpace Center. The SBC's mission is to provide a mechanism for federal and state agencies,local institutions, and businesses to exchange information on small business goals,needed and emerging technologies, upcoming procurement requirements and opportunities,and issues dealing with existing procurement regulations. At this meeting, we willhighlight the local non-profit organizations that assist small businesses. All sizedbusinesses, agency procurement and technical officers, and prime contractorrepresentatives can learn more about the services these organizations provide as well.Updates on procurement activities from government agencies and prime contractors willalso be presented.Following the meeting, attendees will be available to talk one-on-one with speakers aswell as select agency and Company representatives to answer specific questions.
