HUBDC HUBZone Boot Camp March 5, 2012 What: HUBDC is a partnership between the U.S. Small Business Administration, the District of Columbia, and federal government agencies awarding contracts through the SBA's Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. The HUBDC Boot Camp is designed to introduce your business to the program, help determine whether your business is eligible for the program, and support your business' efforts to participate in the program.
