July 2012 - Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center The Hill AFB Small Business Office is proud to present the next in an ongoing series of workshops and "Matchmaking Events" on 18 July 2012 @ 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.. This event will include a two part program. From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. the program will include a workshop which includes learning more about Hill Air Force Base requirements through program personnel and contracting with the Federal Government. Our guest speaker will be Mr. Richard A. Fuit, Deputy Director of the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Systems Division. From 11 a.m. to noon, the event will include "Matchmaking Events" which will provide for face-to-face discussions with Government Personnel engaged in requirements development and prime/subcontracting opportunities. Pre-registration for this event will be required and will follow the rules of engagement listed below. The July Matchmaking event will feature Government Personnel from the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) and will be an opportunity to discuss contractor capabilities and Government needs. Registration is required for Matchmaking events and will open on June 18th 2012. Interested contractors can register by sending their information to

Upon receipt of your request for registration, the Small Business Office will reply with confirmation of your request along with a request for your response on the desired matchmaking openings for Part 2 of the program. Each program available will provide a "snapshot" of those individual squadrons role in the AFNWC umbrella. To engage in the Matchmaking portion of the program, your response will be required to indicate your top 4 choices and 2 alternate choices. Your choices will be assigned in a "First Come/First Serve" basis regardless of order of initial receipt of request. *Future event dates will include the following Hill AFB units on a bi-monthly basis: October 2012 - Air Sustainment Directorate December 2012- GLSC/DLA February 2013- 75th Air Base Wing April 2013- Air Sustainment Directorate June 2013- 309th Maintenance Wing *Schedule subject to change
