Where: Kauffman Conference Center 4801 Rockhill Road, Kansas City, MO When: Tuesday morning, November 6, 2012, 7:15 AM Who can attend: All are welcome! Parking is free, convenient and plentiful, and the conference center is accessible to all. Reminders: • Registration closes at noon on Thursday, November 1, 2012 or when the maximum capacity of 200 is reached. • Registration is complete only when you have turned in the attached registration form by either emailing the completed form to [email protected] or faxing the form to 816-823-5104 along with payment information (credit card number, or copy of check) for $18 by noon on Thursday, November 1, 2012. Your credit card info is kept in a secure area. • After registration is closed, walk-ins will be welcome and charged $20 registration at the Kauffman Conference Center on Tuesday morning, November 6th after 7:15 a.m. • Be sure to bring your business cards, brochures, door prizes, and firm handshakes.
