This is a notice of intent to award a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity in support of the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Center will award a contract to OASIS ( Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards), 25 Corporate Drive Suite 103, Burlington, Massachusetts 01803-4238 for an organizational membership for the period of one year. OASIS is the original organizer of the consortium. It is not anticipated that any other source can provide the professional representation for the military health service with Government, Industry and Academia. This is not a request for proposal. Interested parties that can meet this requirement may respond with their capabilities to include past performance sponsoring or providing the same or similar services.
