NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT 1. The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of The Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD), intends to award a sole source contract. This award will be made to The Conference Board, Inc., and 845 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10022. The Conference Board, Inc will provide membership support services. This action will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) months. 2. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposals will be available for competitive proposals.
