The vendor will be Northeastern University - Center for Health Organization Transformation (CHOT), Northeastern University, 360 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA, 02115-5005. Description of equipment requirements: Twelve (12) month membership, with a two (2) year option, with the Center for Health Organization Transformation (CHOT). A firm fixed price contract shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.
