G--Provide comprehensive services to assist the New Parent Support Program (NPSP) Manager to the Redstone community each fiscal year.

The Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal intends to issue an award to National Children's Advocacy Center on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, to provide comprehensive services to assist the New Parent Support Program (NPSP) Manager by providing (1) twice weekly play mornings to assist parents in learning developmentally appropriate techniques, and to help children improve their social, cognitive and fine and gross motor skills and (2) provide four parenting classes to be offered to the Redstone community each fiscal year Army Community Service (ACS) and the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) have an ongoing mission requirement to provide support services that supplement Soldier readiness and the well-being of the Army Family. Army Community Service provides essential support to sustain readiness and quality of life for Soldiers and their families at the installations. The FAP, one of the programs managed through ACS, provides prevention, education, and direct services to address the problems associated with family violence in the military. No solicitation package will package will be issued. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received not later than 12:00 PM CT on August 18, 2014. POC name and contact information 4. The specific service(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the services to be included on this order or evidence that your company is capable of providing the repair services 5. A description of the service(s) and your company's overall capabilities. It is your responsibility to demonstrate how your service(s) are capable of providing the same services that exist with Ideal Products Inc. mentioned above. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government's Contracting Officer. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
