Purchase Request: HQ003860880008000 The Defense Contracting Center of Excellence intends to negotiate a sole source award with: Trans-Atlantic Dialogue on Broadcasting, and the Information Society (TADoBaTIS), 3000 Woodland Drive, Washington, DC 20008, for the purchase of Broadcasting, Medi a, and Information Technologies to provide to help draft new laws on communications, and broadcasting, and to establish regulatory bodies, and independence for both the public and private sectors. This announcement is for information purposes only. No solicitation documents exist, and request for same will be considered non-responsive. If no affirmative written documentation within 10 days after publication of this announcement to the effect that a comparable source is available, and is more advantageous to the Government, an award will be issued to Trans-Atlantic Dialogue on Broadcasting, and Information Society (TADoBatIS).
