R--Intent to Award Sole Source - Installation Stray Animal Services- Fort Drum.

The Government intends to award a base plus four option year sole source requirements contract to the Jefferson County SPCA for Installation Stray Animal Services. This consists of providing food, shelter, and care for animals until adopted, recovered by the owner, or other outcome is achieved.
