Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Germany-Wide Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services

Notice of Intent to sole source Germany-wide Laundry and Dry Cleaning services for up to six (6) months period of performance. This Notice is not a request for proposals or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only One Responsible is available and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. ACC-409th CSB - Theater Contracting Center (TCC) intends to award a follow-on contract for Germany-wide Laundry and Dry Cleaning services for three months with an option for an additional three (3) months to LHD Group GmbH, Edmund-Rumpler-str. 8-10, Köln, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. LHD is the only contractor able to meet the requirements for this short term contract. The current task order/contract ends 14 SEP 2019. For administrative purposes Task Order, W564KV-19-F-0126 for contract, W564KV-18-D-0006 will be extended in the timeframe identified in this notice. The authority is contained under Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5.
