Intent to Sole Source Innovative Products Achievements, LLC The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced award for one (1) two (2) month base period and four (4) one (1-year options to renew), to Innovative Products Achievements, LLC, 1105 Satellite Boulevard, Suite 300, Suwanee, GA 30024. A sole source procurement will be issued to Innovative Products Achievements, LLC because they are the only vendor capable of fully performing the service. Due to the proprietary & specialized nature of the work it must be conducted by personnel with a high level of training and qualifications. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The North American Industry classification System Codes (NAICS) code is 812320 and has a size standard of $5.5 Million for this procurement. SCOPE OF WORK: The Tennessee Valley Healthcare Systems (TVHS) has a significant need for ongoing services for ScrubEx in a number of areas at the TVHS campuses and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) located in Tennessee and Kentucky. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision for all services affiliated with ScrubEx linen automation and maintenance on an as needed basis. The contractor shall ensure that all unites are stocked and resupplied to ensure seamless linen supply to each area. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
