Eggleston Center, Inc. in accordance with FAR 8.002(a)(2) Services which are on the Procurement List maintained by the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled. This is an authorization or requirement by Statute under FAR 6302-5(b)(2), Qualified nonprofit agencies for the blind or other severely disabled 41 U.S.C.chapter 85, Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (see subpart 8.7). Solicitation #FA286021Q0005 will be awarded on or about 1 Jan 2021 as prescribed above. Therefore, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 812320 with a size standard of $5.5M.
