The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 8, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) Commodities Team NF/SG intends to enter a sole source procurement with ITW Food Equipment Group LLC, 155 Harlem AVE, Glenview, Illinois 600025-4075 for service, maintenance and repair of Hobart kitchen equipment. The Lake City VA Medical Center, Lake City, FL., and Jacksonville VA Domiciliary, Jacksonville, FL. Dietetics service requires service, maintenance and repair for Hobart kitchen equipment. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310, with a small business size standard of $ 12.5 Size standards in millions of dollars. The FSC/PSC is J073. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5.
