The Department of Veterans Affairs on behalf of VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source action to; Name of Contractor: Medbrokers, LLC Street Address: 9550 Saltsburg Road City, State, Zip: Pittsburgh, PA 15239 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $30.0 Million. Interested vendors that can meet this requirement, shall identify their interest and capability, and respond to this notice by 12/7/2022 by 10:00 AM EST. Interested vendors must send a capability statement, no more than one page in length; to include Company Name, Duns Number, Socioeconomic Category, brief description of your business entities capability to handle this particular project at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, authorization/ certification letter from the OEM Manufacturer/Supplier, along with website and GSA Contract number and/or information of any other VA Medical Center contracts. **Interested vendors must include an authorization/certification letter from the OEM Interscan Corporation.**This will ensure the monitoring equipment worked on is serviced efficiently and to manufacturer standards. This Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source is for planning purposes only. No solicitation will be made available. This is not a request for quotations.
