INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price, Base + 4 option periods contract for SunServices Premier Support and Warranty services for the ArkCheck, IC PROFILER, MapCHECK 3, Daily QA 3 Wireless, and SRS Map CHECK, to Sun Nuclear Corporation, 425 Pineda Court, Melbourne, FL 32940, for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center. This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 13. 500 (a) Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: 811210, Electronic and precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is: $22.0 Million. The PSC code is: J065, maintenance/repair/rebuild of equipment medical, dental, and veterinary equipment and supplies.
