INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price, base plus four 1-year options contract for full service and maintenance of the Tru-D Disinfection Robotic systems, telephone support and onsite support to Tru-D Smart UVC LLC, 743 S Dudley Street, Memphis, TN, 38104 for the VA Coatesville Healthcare System. This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures and in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: 811210, Electronic and precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is: $34.0 Million. The PSC code is: J065, maintenance/repair/rebuild of equipment medical, dental, and veterinary equipment and supplies.
