23 -- Repair of Leased Vehicle

Services to repair Chevrolet Trail Blazer 2004 to include but not limited to the following damage: Fr bumper. Impact bar, Air deflector, Grille, Mldg, Lt Hdlamp assy, Radiator Spt Assy, Hood, Lt Fender/Liner/Upper Rail, Lt Qtr Panel/Glass/Inner Panel/Outer Wheelhouse, Lt Tail lamp Assy, High Mount Lamp, Rear Bumper Cover, Lift Gate and Glass, Upper Mldg, Roof Panel and Head Liner, Wheels/Rims, Alignment, Rear Floor Pan and access undercarriage. Bidders shall be required to make a site visit to prepare an estimate at the Alaska Fleet Management Building, 701 West 2nd Street, Anchorage, Ak 99501. All pricing for parts shall be firm at time of submission.
