The National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center, Nutrition Department intends to award a sole source purchase order to Perkins Paper, Inc., 630 John Hancock Road, Taunton, MA 02780 for Food Service Carts and Room Service Trays on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302.1 and 41 (1)-only responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. The Nutrition Department is located on the B2 level of the CRC and there are approximately 20 miles of corridor that the staff needs to navigate to provide food to patients. The carts must not weight no more than 265 lbs. and the cart must meet MEO standards for providing food to patients. This particulate cart will assist in meeting there measures. The carts and trays must meet all of the following specifications. 1.
