S -- Malmstrom AFB, MT Industry Day For Potential Club Operations Concessionaire Contract

The 341st Services Squadron and 341st Contracting Squadron will be hosting an Industry Day for parties interested in a potential contract for dining/catering services (Refer to Scope of Work below for details) at the Malmstrom AFB Grizzly Bend Club. The Industry Day will be held on 23 Jan 08 from 1:30 - 3:30 P.M., Mountain Standard Time, at the Malmstrom AFB Grizzly Bend Club (Bldg 1600). The purpose of the industry day is to gauge potential interest, discuss/exchange ideas between the government and contractors, and to provide a tour of the facility. This acquisition is still in the initial planning stages, and a decision on whether to contract out the service(s) has not been made at this point. Please include 'Club Concessionaire Industry Day' in the title of the email. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all personnel; transportation, supervision and all food, beverages and related supplies required in the operation of a restaurant at the Grizzly Bend Club on Malmstrom AFB. Specifically the contractor/ manager must demonstrate to club management and the contracting officer the ability to prepare and serve a diversified menu and cater special functions i.e., wedding receptions, official military functions and other types of private functions. Food and beverage menus must be planned and developed to complement other 341st Services food service operations. The Contractor must give prompt and courteous service to all patrons and provide correct food and beverage portions on all orders. The Contractor must perform in accordance to the standards of this contract. The Contractor is required to utilize and follow all applicable publications, forms and comply with all training requirements listed in performance work statement.
