Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract. Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 6, Subpart 6.302-1 (only one source) the Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Riley, KS intends to contract with Kansas Rehabilitation Services, State Licensing Agency, on a sole source basis for to perform Food Services (FS) and Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) as required at dining facilities at Fort Riley, Kansas Item/s: The Contractor shall provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), to perform Food Services (FS) and Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) as required for dining facilities, at Fort Riley, Kansas to meet the performance requirements stated in the contract. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Governments needs no later than the 15th day after this notice is posted.
