The Theater Contracting Center (TCC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Pleter Usulage p.o.o. in Zagreb, Croatia using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The anticipated FFP contract shall cover food services and associated work at several locations throughout the country of Croatia for a period of 28 days with no option to extend services. Pleter Usulage p.o.o. is the only vendor authorized by the Croatian Ministry of Defense to provide these services on Croatian military installations.
