Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, MICC-Fort Stewart intends to extend the period of performance of the incumbent contractor for Full Food Service for the NCO Academy on Fort Stewart, Georgia; contract number W9124J-09-D-0001. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work required would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract extension is based on this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
