X--Notice of Intent to award Technology Management Office (TMO)Conference

The Army Contracting Command-National Capital Region(ACC-NCR), on behalf of The Chief of Staff, Army (CSA) Technology Management Office (TMO) intends to award a sole source contract. This award will be made to the Shades of Green, Orlando, Florida. The conference will be held on May 2, 2011 through May 6, 2011. The award is to conduct the annual Army meeting on the latest information, policy, guidance concerning the management, security, oversight, and administration of sensitive activities and special access programs. Interested vendors may view the Description of Services under the following solicitation number W91WAW-11-R-0079. Interested persons may submit capability statements no later than 22 April, 2011 12:00 pm EST. The capability statements should include the company name, address, contact information, business size and an explanation of how the requirements delineated in the "Description of Services" can be met by your organization. All statements must be submitted via email to Mr. Willie Marbury, Contract Specialist at [email protected] . Individual responses containing company proprietary information must be marked accordingly. Such information will not be released outside the Government. Furthermore, the Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information identified (e.g., limited and/or restricted rights).
